Quick definitions for the technical terms used across this tab.

MDA

MDA (Meta Data Aggregation) reads hand histories from every player who imports into TatoPoker, strips out anything that could identify a specific opponent, and groups the decisions into one big anonymized pool. When you see “the field” in this tab, it means that pool — not any single player.

Sample size & confidence

Every number here comes from a limited number of hands. The confidence badge (High/Medium/Low) tells you how much to trust it: High means there were enough hands and opponents behind the number to act on it directly; Low means treat it as a hint and keep filtering before changing how you play.

VPIP

Voluntarily Put money In Pot. The percentage of hands where a player puts chips in preflop by choice (calling or raising), not counting the forced blinds. Higher VPIP means a looser range of starting hands.

PFR

Pre-Flop Raise. The percentage of hands where a player raises before the flop. Comparing PFR to VPIP tells you how aggressive that range is: if the two numbers are close, most of their entries are raises rather than calls.

3bet

The frequency of re-raising an opener before the flop. A high 3bet frequency signals pressure and often bluffs mixed in; a low one signals a tighter, more value-heavy range.

Steal

Opening the pot from late position (cutoff, button or small blind) when everyone else has folded, aiming to win the blinds outright. Tracking steal frequency tells you how often a position is trying to pick up pots with a wide range.

Archetype

A quick label for a playing style built from a few preflop stats together (tight/loose, passive/aggressive) — for example TAG (tight-aggressive) or LAG (loose-aggressive). It is a shortcut, not a precise read: use the underlying numbers if you need detail.

Segment

A specific slice of the pool defined by the filters applied (stakes, position, street, board texture, bet size, etc.). Each row in the advanced table is one segment — the narrower the filters, the smaller (and less reliable) the sample behind it.

Benchmarks

The preflop rates (VPIP, PFR, 3bet, steal, fold to steal, etc.) for the whole field, translated into plain-language reads under “Average field style”. They are the reference point every individual insight is compared against.

Exploits / Attack plan

A ranked list of adjustments you can make based on where the field deviates most from a solid baseline. It lives under the “Attack plan” tab and mixes preflop and postflop findings, sorted by how much impact each one is likely to have.

Overview mixes the biggest findings from every category. Postflop focuses on c-bets, barrels, check-raises and river play. Preflop shows the field's opening/defending rates as plain-language reads. Attack plan ranks the adjustments worth prioritizing. Data status shows how much sample MDA has and whether it is still processing.

Field opportunities

The panel on the left of the leak board: the top individual findings for the view you're on, each one a specific spot where the field deviates from baseline (postflop) or a benchmark worth exploiting (preflop).

Pool segments

The panel on the right of the leak board: the specific filtered segments (stakes, position, street...) where a leak shows up the most, so you know exactly where to apply the adjustment.

CoinPoker v1 supports hand histories. Financial tournament summaries require a supported summary file.
