These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TatoPoker, a poker hand-history study tool operated by an individual based in Argentina ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using TatoPoker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of service — TatoPoker is not gambling
TatoPoker lets you upload and review poker hand histories, track study progress, and (optionally) use community and ClubGG ledger features. TatoPoker does not process payments, does not facilitate wagering, and does not offer or operate any game of chance. Every hand you review reflects a result that already happened on an external platform before you uploaded it — TatoPoker only analyzes historical data. Any money referenced in the ClubGG ledger feature was exchanged directly between players outside the app; TatoPoker never holds, moves, or settles funds.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a TatoPoker account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content and hand history data
You keep ownership of the hand histories, notes, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate TatoPoker for you (analysis, review queues, aggregated study statistics).
Hand histories necessarily include information about other players at the table — opponents who are not TatoPoker account holders and never registered with us. We only use that opponent data as part of the hand record itself (cards shown, actions, stack sizes) to power your own study tools; we do not use it to build profiles of those players, do not publish it outside your account, and any pooled statistics derived from it (see the Aggregated study data / MDA section of our Privacy Policy) are anonymized before being shown to other users. You are responsible for only uploading hand histories you have a lawful right to use and review.
5. ClubGG ledger
The ClubGG feature lets you and players you know record buy-ins, prizes, bounties, and settlement transfers for games already played on ClubGG or elsewhere. It is a record- keeping tool for money that has already changed hands (or will change hands) directly between those players — TatoPoker is not a party to those transfers, does not process or guarantee them, and is not liable for disputes about amounts owed between players.
6. Community content
Posts, comments, and votes you publish on the community wall are visible to other users. You are responsible for what you post and must not publish content that is illegal, harassing, or violates another person's rights. We may remove content or restrict access to community features at our discretion.
7. Subscription and billing
TatoPoker is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update these Terms and notify users of the price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms before any charge applies. Once paid plans exist: you may cancel a subscription at any time and it will remain active through the end of the paid period; we do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by applicable law; and we will give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
- Do not use TatoPoker to facilitate real-money wagering, payment processing, or any activity that would make TatoPoker a gambling operator.
- Do not scrape or resell TatoPoker's aggregated (MDA) data.
9. Intellectual property
TatoPoker's software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the service as intended.
10. Termination
You may stop using TatoPoker and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TatoPoker is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Study statistics and classifications are informational and not a guarantee of poker results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TatoPoker, including disputes between players over ClubGG ledger entries.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Argentina.
13. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TatoPoker after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
